Grilled Cheese for David A.... perfect!
David Cook is more like a pasty... kind of buttery and doughy on the outside, but you're not really sure what's inside.

Fruit cup,stir-fry tofu,and strawberry shortcake and Evian for David A. Iceberg lettuce with bleu cheese dressing,rib-eye steak with mashed potatoes and apple pie and a Budweiser for David C.

David Archuletta is generic store-brand vanilla ice cream. David Cook is Ben and Jerry's "Everything but the..."
Archuletta is a PB&J. Cook is a muffuletta.
Archuletta is a mug of instant Folger's. Cook is a well-pulled shot of espresso.
